Karel Devloo is a partner at Sotra.

He has an extensive experience in conducting proceedings before the labour courts and tribunals, and also regularly assists his clients in the context of labour inspections and severance negotiations.
Karel has particular expertise in individual and collective redundancies, as well as business transfers. He regularly advises on issues relating to working time and frequently drafts collective agreements and policies for companies.
He places great importance on responsiveness, efficiency and pragmatism.
