Laurence Depaepe is a partner at Sotra and a member of the Brussels Bar.

She advises employers on a wide range of employment law matters and has extensive expertise in litigation. Laurence regularly assists clients in negotiations and frequently represents them before the labour courts.

Since 2018, she has been teaching employment law at EPHEC and is also a member of the editorial board of the Chroniques de droit social.
