Maureen Degueldre has been a member of the Namur Bar since 2016.
She practises all areas of employment law in both the private and public sectors.
Maureen advises and assists clients with legal counselling, disciplinary proceedings, litigation and negotiations. She is also an accredited mediator, with particular expertise in mediation involving public authorities.
She is the author of several academic publications and regularly speaks at conferences and seminars. Maureen is also an accredited trainer for the UVCW.
She is recognised for her pragmatic approach and her responsive handling of cases.
Maureen works primarily in French and also has a professional command of Dutch.
