Marian Dewaersegger is Managing Partner at Sotra and a member of the Brussels Bar.

She has more than 20 years of experience in employment law, advising large and medium-sized companies in Belgium and internationally. Her practice focuses on strategic legal advice, particularly in the context of social dialogue, transformation projects and broader HR matters.

Marian is recognised for her deep expertise, pragmatic mindset and ability to translate complex issues into clear, workable solutions. She combines legal precision with a strong focus on practical outcomes for businesses.
