Cap on the notice period at 52 weeks
The notice period is capped at 52 weeks for employees with 17 years or more of service.This applies only to employment contracts that, as agreed by the employer and the employee, begin on or after June 1st, 2026. For employment contracts already in effect, the current rules remain applicable.

Voluntary overtime: A more flexible system from April 1st, 2026
With the publication of the Act on June 1st, 2026, the new voluntary overtime system finally takes effect. The changes made to the existing rules allow for broader and more flexible use of this type of overtime.
